Our wash Grid is a specially designed for positioning at the entry or exit of any site and designed to remove contaminants from under and the under side of vehicles entering and exiting sites. The spray system recycles the water and the side shield assembly on this unit will contain contaminants and overspray , E.g Soil, Seeds and weeds

Wings:

The wings are constructed from Corrugated Colourbond sheeting and supplied in self assembly kit.
Wings are 2m high to ensure minimal water loss.

Fluid Recycling:

The Wash Grid has a moulded concrete base that act as its reservoir which allow the grid to recycle the water being used.
These reservoirs can be used to add further chemicals such as:
Degreasers to break down oils
Pesticides to control weeds
Note: All chemicals or additives used require to be pump friendly and non foaming. 

Installation Notes:

The Wash Grid is a semi permanent grid and can be moved if required.
Requirements onsite are as follows

  • Placement – Flat compacted road base (Recommended)
  • Access to 15 AMP Single Phase power or Generator
  • Access to  Three Phase power or Generator (Only if three phase upgrade has been selected)
  • Clean Water supply
